The main block making machine is imported from M/s. Beijing REIT Technology Development Co. Ltd (REIT) of China, who are one of the leading manufacturers of concrete block production lines and have supplied all over the world and have both proven and most adoptive technology in this line of activity. The production line is fully automated with capacity to manufacture about 6 million pieces per annum. The products are consistent in quality with utmost finishing. The YPDPL are pioneers in India by adopting the curing technology of world leader M/s. ROTHO of Germany in their plant. The state-of-the-art curing chamber built with the technology and assistance of M/s. ROTHO has innovative and unique technology of concrete products curing, whereby the strength of the material increases multifold, as compared to conventional curing. The process saves both energy and natural resources, thus making the product greener.

We at YPDPL, to ensure utmost quality and uniformity, we use imported Steel Pallets. The products produced using steel pallets are of superior quality and finish, unlike those manufacturing using wooden Pallets. Wooden Pallets have the tendency to break, sag, shrink with continuous exposure to water and hydraulic compression. To enhance the life of Pallets, the manufacturers reduce compression, which affects the quality of product. With steel Pallets, the product output will be of very high quality, without any breaks and are of good density, lasting for long.

Solid Blocks

The standard 8”, 6”, and 4” solid cement concrete blocks are manufactured using high quality aggregates & cement along with superior quality additives. The automatic process line with high compression, precision die and steel pallet ensure perfect moulding of blocks, which are further perfectly cured using world class Rotho Systems of Germany. The entire process is automatic and digitally controlled ensuring consistency in quality and quantity of each and every block.

Small Bricks

We at YPDPL manufacture a unique product i.e. cement concrete bricks & Fly ash bricks of 230x100x75mm which is similar in size that of normally available Clay or Wirecut bricks. The product is not available generally in market and is very special. The small bricks are of very high finish and have very high compressive strength, making it an highly suitable building block. They are easier to handle and comes handy in architectural designing of structure. The bricks are available generally in gray colour. Customer has an option to choose any other colour variant to suit their specific needs. The finish of the bricks will be so elegant and neat, the plastering of walls can be conveniently avoided.

MARKETING & DELIVERY

We at YPDPL market our products directly to the customers. We do not have any Dealers or Distributors thus cutting on costs to customers. Our services are available 24×7 to meet our customers’ needs at all time. All our products are delivered in PET strapped cubes for ease of handling, transportation and to avoid handling damages. Besides, these cubes help in containing any pilferage by making it easier to count and account unlike loosely delivered concrete products. The cubes are loaded at factory’s site and unloaded at customer’s site by imported PALFINGER (Austria) crane mounted trucks. This ensures quick and quality handling of the product with 0% damages/breakages. Contrarily, the local concrete products are manually loaded and unloaded resulting in damages, breakages and delay in delivery schedule causing losses to customers and also delay in project schedules. Our cubes require smaller stocking space unlike local products which require larger stocking space on site. Our mechanical delivery systems have additional advantage of unloading the products to first floor thus saving costs on material shifting which is common in local products.

QUANTITY & AVAILABILITY

The plant at present has an installed production capacity of over 10 million units per annum which translates approximately to 30,000 pieces per day, far beyond any local product manufacturers can produce. The local manufacturer will be able to produce approximately 1,000 units per day. We are ready to cater our products to our customer’s as per their needs with respect to quantities and time schedules specified by them. The minimum order quantity for our products is just ONE CUBE of any product, unlike the other suppliers, where the quantity restrictions are imposed and minimum order quantities are insisted.

QUALITY & STANDARDS

All our products are subject to stringent quality checks and meet highest standards with respect to quality and quantity. Our products surpass BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards)* benchmarks in all parameters. Our products make an ideal construction unit as they have very high compressive strength, high density, low water absorption, higher crushing point etc. The products are manufactured and cured using internationally acclaimed state of the art automated machines and systems. Most of the concrete products available in the market are generally manufactured using basic or low technology machines of lower compressive strength; hence the edges of these products are usually not clear and neat. Besides these processes require huge labour force which adds to the cost of production. The manufacturing capacities are also very minimal. Thus to contain the production their profit margins. Thus the high labour, low production capacity, sub standard inputs of materials compromises on quality of the end products. The products would not be cured properly hence it makes the bricks give away very easily and adds cost burden to the customers who use such a low quality concrete products. They may look alike but fails miserably when quality issues are concerned..

QUANTITY

It is quite common in unethical business practices to hoodwink the customers and take them for a ride. Even concrete products industry is no exception from this. The Die moulds are either deliberately made smaller in size or they ware out over a period of time, which result in shrinkage of size of blocks or products , then the products manufactured in these standards are branded and marketed to the clients who are little aware of these things. For example, the bricks in common parlance known as 8”, 6” and 4” should have the following size specification:

In most of the cases, the products what you get in the market is smaller in dimensions when compared to the above chart. Even, few of the branded concrete blocks available in the market falls short of the above criteria, effectively deceiving the consumer. Thus the consumer ends up paying more for less and substandard product which also leads to cost escalation in construction. Besides this, the hydraulic compression is the key in achieving the Density of the product (Mass/Volume). Higher the density better is the product. To save cost many manufacturers set their compression strength lower, which saves them on material and operational costs, making the product weak.
