Accordingly, YPDPL will operate its business through the implementation of Quality Management System, which influences the use of latest technology and best commercial practice and continual improvement of the effectiveness of Quality Management System to attain the company quality objectives. Continual improvement in quality of our service is the responsibility of every employee of YPDPL Quality objectives that are in line with quality policy are established. YPDPL is committed to enhance the competency of employees by providing training’s and verifying the effectiveness of training’s. YPDPL ensure safe and conducive working environment. It is committed to continually improve the performance of quality management system that complies with ISO 9001:2015 Standard. YPDPL timely delivers products and services that meet customer’s requirements. YPDPL quality policy is implemented through the following
schemes:

– Fulfilling agreed customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
– Complying with ISO 9001:2015 Standard requirements and also with applicable legal and other requirements.
– Enhancing the employee competency and employee commitment to Quality Management System.
– By having latest technology machines / equipment.
– By continually reviewing, verifying and validating Quality Management System.
HEALTH, SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT POLICY:
YPDPL shall commit and ensure the Health and Safety of its employees, visitors and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which the company activities are carried out. The Management and Staff of YPDPL shall:
– Implement a HSE management system conforming to OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015 and strive to its continual improvement.
– Identify and control the process and product effectively.
– Ensure the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets.
– Ensure the prevention of any impact on the environment resulting from our actions.
– Comply with all relevant Environmental, Health and Safety legal laws and other requirements.
– Identify the hazards assess the risk and manage those risks.
– Periodically review the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the (HSE) management system.
– Make every effort to protect the environment and prevent pollution, to minimize consumption of materials, to promote reuse and recycling of wastes and adopt best practice on waste management.
– Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health.
– Ensure that the company’s HSE policy is well communicated to all quarters concerned.
Environment Policies:
YPDPL actively seeks to reduce its impact on the environment. Any threat to the environment from the activities and products used by the company are identified and either eliminated or
effectively controlled. It is the intention of the company to ensure the following is carried out so far as practicably possible.
– Attention will be given to the conservation of rare vegetation during trenching operations.
– Minimize any disturbance to the global environment by encouraging every effort to eliminate, if possible or vigorously reduce the emissions of CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants into the atmosphere.
– Disposal and transportation of waste from work sites will be carried out in a responsible manner with due regard to environmental considerations.
– In order to assist in reducing power generation emission the Company will work to improve equipment performance so as to assist in the conservation of energy resources.
– To ensure that Align meet or extends all statutory requirements with regard to the Environment.
